1. Who We Are

MeSquared Visibility is a website audit service operated by MeSquared (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Visibility includes a free audit, a paid Visibility Audit, a paid Competitive Gameplan, and a Bundle that includes both paid products.

2. What We Collect

Website URLs you submit for a free audit, paid report, or Gameplan intake.
Audit outputs such as scores, issue lists, competitor comparisons, report delivery status, and paid report content generated for the submitted site.
Email addresses when you choose to provide one for checkout, support, order recovery, or report updates.
Gameplan intake details such as business type, ZIP or market context, category, target buyer, competitor URLs, and strategy notes for paid Gameplan or Bundle orders.
Payment and billing details handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Basic event and delivery logs to confirm checkout, intake completion, report access, and unsubscribe or support actions.

3. Why We Collect It

To generate the free audit and any paid reports you request.
To run the post-purchase Gameplan intake and qualify the right competitor set before a Gameplan is built.
To process payments, refunds, and guarantee requests.
To provide support, delivery updates, and order recovery.
To improve the product using aggregated and de-identified patterns.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to operate Visibility, deliver the products you purchase, support guarantee or refund requests, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing use.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third parties that help us operate the service, including:

Stripe for payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Supabase for application data, order records, intake data, and report storage.
Vercel for hosting and site infrastructure.
Brave Search when the product performs competitor discovery or Brave-discovered competitor suggestions.

6. Data Retention

We keep audit records, paid report data, and related order records for as long as needed to operate the service, honor support obligations, enforce our terms, and maintain business records. You can request deletion where applicable by emailing us.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request that we:

Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete data when a deletion right applies.
Provide a portable copy of your data when required by law.
Stop sending marketing communications.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and storage needed to run the site and paid-flow handoffs. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this product.
