Terms of Service

1. Overview

MeSquared Visibility (“Visibility,” the “Service,” or “we”) is a website audit product operated by MeSquared. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Product Scope and Current Delivery Flow

Visibility currently offers the following products:

• Free audit with a score, top issues, and competitor comparison on the report page.
• Mini Audit with a ranked first-fix summary tied to the baseline score.
• Visibility Audit with page-level fixes, schema guidance, and a repair order.
• Competitive Gameplan with a qualified competitor set, gap analysis, and a 30-day and 90-day plan.
• Bundle that includes both paid products in one purchase.

Gameplan and Bundle purchases include a required post-purchase intake. We use that intake to qualify the market, business type, and competitor set before the Gameplan is generated. In the current product flow, paid reports are delivered on-site inside the report page and by email with attached files or download links.

3. No Ranking, Traffic, or Revenue Guarantees

Visibility provides recommendations based on automated analysis and paid report logic. Except for the limited 60-day score improvement guarantee described below and in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, we do not guarantee:

• Specific search rankings or placement in AI answers.
• Traffic, lead, pipeline, or revenue outcomes.
• That any platform will cite or feature your website.
• That every automated finding or competitor signal will be complete or error-free.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Guarantee

Paid products are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. The current refund and guarantee terms are described in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary, paid Mini Audit, Visibility Audit, Competitive Gameplan, and Bundle orders are covered by the 60-day score improvement guarantee when the conditions in that policy are met. Each covered paid order includes one rescan tied to the original paid baseline, usable within 60 days of purchase after the recommended fixes are live. If the score does not improve on that included rescan, you may request a refund. If we cannot deliver a paid report because of a technical issue on our side, we will issue a refund. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or are not authorized to review.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Resell reports or access without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the audit reports and paid reports generated for your business. The Service itself, including our scoring methods, software, prompts, workflows, and branding, remains the property of MeSquared and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeSquared is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
