60-day score improvement guarantee

The paid Mini Audit, the paid Visibility Audit, the Competitive Gameplan, and the Bundle are covered by a limited 60-day score improvement guarantee. Each paid order includes one rescan tied to the original paid baseline audit. If you implement the recommended fixes, use that included rescan within 60 days of purchase, and the score still does not increase, you can request a full refund for that paid product.

What Is Covered

  • The paid Mini Audit.
  • The paid Visibility Audit.
  • The paid Competitive Gameplan.
  • The Bundle at the Bundle purchase price.
  • One included rescan available on the paid report page for 60 days.
  • Full refunds when we cannot deliver the paid report because of a technical issue on our side.

What You Must Do

  • Purchase one of the paid products listed above.
  • Implement the recommended fixes on the flagged pages first.
  • Use the included rescan on the same live website within 60 days of purchase after those changes are live.
  • Email hello@m2ai.tech with the order email, audit ID or Stripe receipt, and the included rescan result if you believe you qualify.

Gameplan and Bundle Intake

Gameplan and Bundle orders include a required post-purchase intake. We use that intake to qualify the market and competitor set before the Gameplan is built. The current product flow delivers the paid report on-site inside the report page. The included rescan also lives on that report page. The guarantee applies only after the paid report has actually been delivered and you have had the chance to implement the recommended fixes.

What Is Not Covered

  • Requests made more than 60 days after purchase.
  • Requests where the recommended changes were not implemented.
  • Requests based on a different domain, a different site, or a major site rebuild.
  • Requests without the included rescan of the same site through Visibility.
  • Claims about rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue instead of score improvement.

How Refund Requests Are Handled

We may ask for the live URL, the original order details, and enough context to verify that the reported changes were implemented on the flagged pages. If the guarantee conditions are met, we will refund the purchase through the original payment method where possible.
